Denise Christian - Ashtanga Yoga teacher

Denise Christian has been authorised by the renowned Shri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, Denise has been teaching Yoga for nearly 15 years and prior to moving to Cornwall, taught in London at the top traditional Ashtanga Yoga shala in the UK (Ashtanga Yoga London) where she taught alongside one of Britain’s most senior Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Hamish Hendry.
